Retaking A levels
At Greene’s you can retake any number and combination of A level units – both AS and A2 – for all of the main examination boards.
Your retake course is designed to fit your specific needs and tuition is always individual or in groups or two or three depending on the academic objectives. There are also opportunities to participate in group courses including study skills, Mathematics practice classes, foreign language conversation classes, science practical sessions and university preparation courses.
By retaking your A levels you are showing an additional level of commitment and maturity towards your academic studies. Every year students complete A level retake courses at Greene’s and achieve a level of academic depth and performance that they did not think possible a few months previously. Most importantly these same individuals are well prepared for a successful university career.
Fees for retaking A levels
Please note that prices for longer or shorter courses and additional or fewer subjects are available upon application.

Our retake course fees include:
- Six tutorials per week over two subjects
- Daily supervised homework/workshop sessions
- Two tutorials per week of critical thinking and study skill tutorials
- Subject-related seminar (one per week)
- Personal tutor support, including a formal weekly meeting
- Monthly testing
- Use of the Greene’s study room and common room
