Position description:

Greene’s accepts students for a range of tuition services and courses; and both internal and external or private candidates for a range of public and other exams and tests.  Each year over 300 students take tuition or a short course; and over 500 examination and test candidates are looked after by Greene’s in Oxford.

The Centre Registrar is responsible for initial contact, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and processing enquiries related to tuition, short courses, exams and other tests at Greene’s in Oxford.  This is a “frontline” role and involves considerable and patient client contact as well as an ability to work efficiently and juggle many demands at once.

Commercial success requires a high volume of enquiries to be catered for and processed. An acute appreciation of productivity and the need to “get on” with the work at hand is essential.

Extensive support is provided by the Head of Centre and generally from academic and other staff to resolve more complex enquiry situations.

General responsibilities:

  • Student recruitment

  • Processing enquiries

  • Providing a “frontline” personalised service with regard to telephone and e-mail queries

Agnieszka teaches both Government & Politics and Law. She holds an M.A.and LL.M. in law as well as a Ph.D. from Oxford Brookes where she was a univesity lecturer.  Agnieszka is passionate about tutoring and runs the College’s debating society.
