Geoscience summer courses

Our summer Geoscience one week short-course is a hands-on, intensive, fast-moving introduction to Geoscience. If you are interested in the origins of the earth, its formation, structure and evolution, this course is for you. If you are thinking of a career in Geoscience at university and beyond – or are just simply curious about the subject, join our Geoscience summer course to find out more.

Course admission

For this course you need to:
− Complete and submit the online application
− Have an interest in investigative science
− Be able to participate in English
− You will most likely be at least 14 years old


− £600 per week per student (excluding accommodation); and £1,050 per week with accommodation.
− Please note that travel costs to and from Oxford and personal insurance are not included in the course fee.
