Carmen is the College Principal and one of the senior managers at Greene’s, and is based in 43, Pembroke Street. She has overall responsibility for the full-time students and leads a team of Directors of Studies who help students to organise their academic programmes at Greene’s. An integral part of the programme for many students is applications for university entrance, study skills and the learning of English as a Foreign Language, and Carmen also oversees the co-ordination and advice given to students in these various areas; she also occasionally teaches French and Italian.
Having read Modern Languages at Exeter University (which included a year at Bologna University’s Specialised School for Interpreters and Translators), Carmen graduated with an M.A. in Mediaeval and Modern Languages from Brasenose College, Oxford. She also acquired a CELTA qualification in 2009.back to: Staff
