Leadership programme

All students join our Leadership programme to develop inter-personal skills; to think critically; to work in teams and to better understand their personal and academic strengths.

The Leadership programme helps you develop the skills you need for successful personal, academic and career development.

Through participation in Leadership seminars and regular meetings with your Personal Tutor you are encouraged to reflect on your progress and achievements, and to identify areas for further development of your inter-personal skills.

Leadership tutor: Marco Meireles

Marco teaches the Greene’s Leadership programme which is taken by all students.  One of the most celebrated Leadership Coaches in the world, he provides courses and consulting to the top CEOs and directors of major companies as well as to Greene’s students.  The President of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, gave a glowing review of his recent book.

With the leadership programme you will better be able to:

- plan, generate enthusiasm and confidence about your studies and prospects;

- understand and develop your personality;

- collaborate effectively with colleagues;

- encourage you to become a reflective, critical and creative learner;

- become independent in managing your own learning;

- adapt under changing circumstances;

- develop your leadership skills through initiative, responsibility and influence; and

- develop and inform your career options and direction.
